The Unified Tournament Circuit is a regional circuit for Warhammer 40k and Age of Sigmar which covers the area between Virginia and Newfoundland. In case you missed our announcement, you can find it here.
You can find the full calendar of UTC events here.
10th edition is in full swing now for 40k and 9th edition is officially behind us. Good riddance, I say. Meanwhile in Age of Sigmar we’ve entered a transitionary period – the release of the new General’s Handbook, plus Points values and FAQs means it’ll be a couple of weeks before we get the full changeover for AoS.
Last Weekend’s Events
This past weekend had two Sunday events, owing to the fourth of July being on a Tuesday. That said it was still a pretty quiet weekend – the real fire is this upcoming weekend (more on that below).
Midgard July 2023 Tournament
This three-round RTT for Warhammer 40k was won by Thomas Harris of Twin State Gaming, who took his Aeldari list to a 3-0 finish. Also finishing 3-0 at the 30-person (!) RTT were Trevy A running Thousand Sons and Ian Power, also running Aeldari.
Titan Games 10th Edition Combat Patrol Event
21 players showed up to this Combat Patrol event, which ended with two undefeated players – Nicholas Banister took the top spot with Dark Angels, narrowly beating out Conor Sutherin with World Eaters. Also in the top 4? Deathwatch and Death Guard.
YHP Alexandria July RTT
This three-round RTT for Age of Sigmar saw Rick Ferreira of team TILT win using Ossiarch Bonereapers, finishing ahead of Rye Anderson and Andrew Hoffmann.
10th Edition Learn and Play Day
10 players showed up to this casual event, which was won by Garrett Olson of team Northern Front, running Tyranids. Also undefeated was Shane Mcaree, with Adeptus Custodes.
We Don’t Know What We Are Doing Ironman
26 players showed up to this 5-round Ironman event, taking place over a single day. Competition was fierce, and ultimately Zach Comeau took the top spot running an Aeldari list with a Wraithknight, two Nightspinners, two support platforms, and Illic Nightspear. Also in the top three were Stat Check’s Jeremy Atkinson (Imperial Knights), and Richard Morin (Imperial Knights).
