Although it’s a big internet out there, the Tabletop digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.

We had our first visually impaired #bloodbowl player in the club last night. Was such a joy to watch. The board was made made by a fellow club member, there were also specially designed #bloodbowl dice to make it easier to feel what was rolled. Huge thanks to all involved! pic.twitter.com/KrciSp5VVR

It can be pretty easy to get down on Wargaming communities. There’s some terrible people in our masses and even at the best of times tedious Nerd Bullshit rears its ugly head. But then a story like this comes along and restores your faith, just a whole bunch.

Speaking of seriously cool people in this hobby we’re long time fans of Bad Squiddo Games’ Annie and their range of practical but striking lady miniatures. Now they’re at it again with a grizzlier subject matter in mind with some graveyard-raiding, baby-eatin’ Ghouls right out of old school horror comics, sculpted by Ghoul King Paul Muller. These are awesome and would slot in right next to undead armies like the Flesh-Eater Courts. Sick, literally!
Painted over a transfer to add some embroidery to my Freeguild Marshal, added benefit of being able to test if the colours would work in a lossless way #warhammercommunity #paintingwarhammer #citiesofsigmar pic.twitter.com/2Nv832QVbT

It’s been a few weeks since the Cities of Sigmar armybox was released and we’re seeing some stunning Freeguild jobbers coming out of the community. Ash takes the blank canvas of the Freeguild Marshal’s cloak and gives us a stunning attempt at freehanding an embroidered design. We love the depth and texture of the design, like it was sculpted into the figure itself.

ARE YOU OKAY?!? Well we’re not after seeing this spectacular repaint of Terry from King of Fighters/Fatal Fury, replicating the pixel art look of the character’s early appearances onto a 3D figure is an intense feat of hobby and we’re stunned.

“Say the line Goonhammer!”
“… creb.”
“YAYYY”
Well it’s the 1st of October, it’s time for everyone’s favourite not-holiday Orktober! While we trim the Tree-Squig, get a load of this seriously rad Gargantuan Squiggoth, featuring models from just about every sort of Ork out there and a look tying them in with the newer aesthetics of the Beast Snaggas. Waaagh, indeed.
