Four Games that Warcry Players Will Love

Hey There!

I’m usually the resident Warcry guy, but after getting back from Adepticon I’m bursting with excitement about indie games. I can’t wait to talk about them. If you ever get out to Adepticon, I absolutely must recommend that you set aside 90 minutes or a couple hours to walk the vendor hall. By the way I don’t just mean walk it. Sink in, be one with your fellow gamers and painters. Ask for demos, shake some hands, ask people how long they’ve been producing in the hobby. Get to know some folks. The Adepticon vendor hall is the super bowl of independent miniature hobbying, and I guarantee you’ll get something fun out of spending some time there.

Me? I got an incredible rundown of the fantasy skirmish gaming space. I don’t know if the relative lack of support Warcry has gotten from GW makes indie creators think there’s a vulnerability there, or if game designers just happen to be excited about fantasy, but there’s a plethora of solid fantasy games out there for Warcry fans to try.

I spend this video talking about 3 indie games, and yes, one GW one. There’s a lot out there that might appeal to the average enjoyer of Warcry. I hope you give one of them a shot.
